use with caution
ok, if you've been checking the times on some of my posts, you know i'm often up late at night. sometimes it's just because i'm a night owl, and when the creative mojo is flowing, you can't stop. other times, i'm more tired than a one-legged man in a... i forget how that one goes... but i lie in bed with my eyes wide open, my mind going a million miles a minute about who knows what... someone suggested i take tylenol p.m. it's supposed to help you sleep, supposed to be safe and non-habit forming. normally, i'm opposed to drugs. i'm a big believer that the body will heal itself, and if there's a symptom, it's there for a reason. but after the past three weeks, one week working on the church website day and night (i pulled a few all-nighters that week!) and the week leading up to easter (yet another long one), and then there's the unending cycle - if you can't go to bed until 4am one day, you sleep until 10 or 11am, then you're not tired again the next day until late... you know the drill. i was desperate for a good night's sleep. following the directions on the bottle, i took two gelcaps, and let me tell you, my heart sank when i woke up all tingly at 2:00 monday afternoon.
anyway, i'm much better rested, but will probably be more cautious next time i can't sleep. i know you can split an aspirin tablet in half; does anyone know if you can do that with a gelcap? :)

Dude,
Take ONE! Instead of gelcaps, try the regular pills.
oh...
Comedy is such a blessing!
Rob, have you tried warm milk? Have you tried herbal tea? The health food store in Villa Rica is well equipped with teas and natural solutions for many issues, including sleep problems.
Take care and sleep well.
